Our Services

We charge a set hourly rate for our work. $45 if it is a one person job, $90 if it is a two person job. Minimum one hour charge. We will try to give an accurate estimate for each job. Hourly pricing bills clients for time spent, ensuring budget clarity. It suits flexible tasks. Clear expectations and communication are essential.

  • Replacing lightbulbs, changing batteries in smoke detectors, change furnace filters, dryer vent cleaning, clear refrigerator coils, weeding and some landscaping.

  • Light plumbing and electrical, patching walls, painting, caulking.

  • Replace fixtures, update hardware, small area tiling, assemble furniture, hanging shelving, furniture placement, install window dressings, baby proofing.

  • Move-in or move-out cleaning, AirBnB turnover, clutter clearing, organizing.

About Us

Between the two of us we have remodeled 6 homes! Goldie is still currently completing one. Honestly is a remodel ever done? Angie has 6 years experience as an apartment manager and rental manager. We are two hard working women who do what we can to help our families. That includes fixing and repairing things around the home and at our parents home. We pay attention to the details and leave no mess behind. We have decided to take our skills out into the city to help others get things done around the home.
